Project Analysis

The 2027–2031 TIP contains 13 projects in the MPO planning area that will add, repair or replace bridges or bridge decks as part of their scope, including:

  • John Nolen Drive (North Shore Drive to Olin Avenue) – Replace or Rehab eight bridges as part of Reconstruction project.
  • Hyper Drive (Country View Road to Dairy Ridge Road) Construct new bridge crossing over the Sugar River and Military Ridge State Trail
  • CTH M Bridge Replacement over Pheasant Branch Creek
  • Tecumseh Avenue Bridge over Lagoon Du Nord Replacement
  • Interstate 39/90 (CTB BB/Cottage Grove and Hanson Rd. Bridges) Maintenance
  • I-39/90/94 and I-94 (I-39/90/94 Collector Distributor Bridges over USH 151 and I-94 EB Bridge over I-39/90) Maintenance and Rehabilitation
