Health Resource Fair

The Health Resource Fair is held in September in celebration of National Senior Center Month. This year we will have 40 organizations here to share their resources with you.  We will also have participatory demonstrations of Tai Chi and Line Dancing. Students from the East/West Healing Arts Institute will be on hand for relaxing chair massages.

After all of those activities enjoy a delicious burrito from El Pastor in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month which runs September 15 - October 15. Finally we will wrap up the day with a keynote presentation by Dr. Alexis Eastman on what are the next steps when you get a dementia diagnosis.
