Staff Report
The Staff Report brings together regulations, standards, and input from city agencies. For this project, the following applies:
Applicable Regulations & Standards:
Table C-1 in Section 28.032(1)
- identifies schools, public and private, as conditional uses in all Residential zoning districts, including SR-C1 zoning
- A building or structure exceeding 10,000 square feet in floor area in a Residential zoning district requires conditional use approval

- dimensional requirements: 35-foot maximum allowed height limit for non-residential buildings
- additional height up to 50 feet is approved as a conditional use
- buildings taller than 50 feet are not allowed
